G-Land Property and Development Corporation was founded in February 10, 2014 and formally started its operation in April of the same year.

The company is in the business of developing pocket type residential communities within the heart of Quezon City. The main focus of G-Land Property and Development Corporation is to help the middle income earners to turn their dream home into reality by providing them affordable yet elegant residential communities through flexible financing options. The company launched its first ever project dubbed as TERESA VILLE I located in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, few minutes away from prominent Universities and Shopping Malls. In the pipeline are two well-designed residential communities also located within Quezon City are projected to kick-off in the last quarter of 2017.

COMPANY HISTORY

2014

G-Land Property and Development corp was founded. The first office was located at Spicet Bldg., Visayas Ave.

 

 

 

2014-2015

We have launched our very first project, Teresa Ville 1. The project is located at Tandang Sora, Quezon City, just a few minutes from prominent University and Shopping Mall. The project was sold out with 34 units. Project is now turned over to the Home Owner Association.

2016

Ohana Homes 1 was launched after the success of the first project. It is modern and elegant home within a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. The project is located at Argao St., Baesa, Quezon City with more or less 1180 square meters catering 14 townhouses.

2017

Ohana Homes 2 was immediately launched after the success of its first flagship project, Ohana Homes 1. The project was established at Batasan Hills with 22 units. The very first project of G-Land that has an outdoor amenity for the whole family, An Outdoor Fitness Area.

2018

The fourth project was launched and dubbed as CONVISORA Residences. With 12 units of high-end 3 storey townhouses which is well-situated in the heart of Quezon City’s.

2019

G-Land Property and Development Corporation moved to its new office which is located at Scout Borromeo, Diliman, Quezon City. Launched its fifth project, Teresa Ville 2 – an innovated version of our Teresa Ville 1 Project. It is located at Novaliches, Quezon City. The Project is consisting of 12 units.

2021

Deparo Executive Villas was launched. Project is located at Deparo, Caloocan City, the first smart home development of G-land. Project will be consisting of 19 units with smart home features & solar panels. It has amenities such as pool and landscape open space.

2023

Welcoming 2023 with our newest project, OHANA HOMES 3. The project is located at Alibangbang Street, Amparo Subd., Caloocan City. It features two-storey townhouses and compose of 16 units. Project offers high quality modern zen homes.
