OUR HISTORY

G-Land Property and Development Corporation was established on February 10, 2014, with formal operations commencing in April of the same year.

Specializing in developing pocket-sized residential communities in Quezon City, our primary mission at G-Land is to empower middle-income earners to achieve their dream homes. We achieve this goal by offering affordable yet elegant residential options with flexible financing solutions.

Our maiden venture, TERESA VILLE I, located in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, exemplifies our commitment. Situated just minutes away from prominent universities and shopping malls, this project sold out swiftly, consisting of 34 units. We are proud to have successfully turned over the project to the Homeowners' Association.

Looking ahead, we have two meticulously designed residential communities in Quezon City slated to commence in the last quarter of 2017, reflecting our dedication to expanding our footprint in providing quality living spaces within the city.
